Default /unstuck command

I just started the nightfall preview and in the first mission I already got stuck in the stairs lol. This happens in other areas too and usually results in the quest or mission needing to be aborted.

so typing /unstuck would move you to a random nearby location. 10 second activation time so it wouldn't be abused.

Yea, feet going in the ground is a problem, happened to me in AB at the dragon roost.. I was just standing there being pummeled on for 2 min by 6 luxons and i was being healed arg, and in LA, trying to go to someone to make a trade, bam, stuck on the top of the stairs.. lucky me.. never happened to me while doing a mission though, maybe a quest once or twice.

mm... i recall getting stuck on imperial isle guild hall stairs alot when factions came... (one of my fondest memories is when i got stuck at the stairs leading to opponents flag an actually managed to kill the flagger with my warrior while stuck ^^ )

neway... either /unstuck it could be used even with only a sec "casting time" if it only teleported u to a random location 1 foot away from ur current...

hell id take /die with 30 sec casting time an be hapyy with 15 dp if it gets u out of the stairs...

vampiric weapons help a little so u can kill urself if this doesnt get implemented tho (+ ofcource sacrifice skills)... also take sup vigor + weapons/shields that add to your max hp... then hav someone rebirth-rez u...

tho that doesnt work with hencies

Even with 10 second activate time, it would still be abused, especially in PvP.

What a.net should focus on instead is working on making stairs and bridges no longer qlitch, instead of introducing a cheap way to avoid the real problem which will just lead to more greifing and abuse.

get a vamp weapon, degen yourself to death then get a monk to rebirth you out

I don't think you should be able to teleport to a random area. A better possibility could be to have the ability to relocate yourself slightly above your current location. Even so, I don't think it is a good idea.

Getting the maps fixed would be much more beneficial.

Well, to be fair, in PvP, many maps have ressurection shrines, so when you die you'll end up there instead.

well... as suggested 1 "foot" will do the trick most of the time... so it might only need be adjacent... also perhaps this would require for u to sit to work for example...

"oh cheater... hes sitting for 10 seconds" "man this is no fun with those cheating bastards... im going to ragequit"

tho it might need some work as in not getting thu doors or such.

signed, absolutely! I have been blocked by NPCs more often than I would care to think of

perhaps it could be disabled for pvp? I still can't see it being abused anyway. Maybe make it so that it takes 10secs to activate, makes your skills inactive for 15, and you lose all but 1hp

Make it kill you but not trigger eoe and soul reaping.

Shadow stepping out doesn't work which sucks ;(

Well, I got glitched at my hall during a scrimmage in the middle of the pathway, I seriously have o idea how that happened but i got stuck. Also I fell under the bridge and couldn't climb back out on one of the factions maps.
